Welcome to Presenly, a product of WDNSDS ("we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our software-as-a-service employee attendance application (the "Service").

Personal Data
Personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, and telephone number, that you voluntarily give to us when you register with the Service.
Company Data
Information you provide on behalf of your organization, including company name, number of employees, and billing information.
Employee Data
As an employer using our service, you may input personal information about your employees. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right and consent to provide this data to us.
2. Device Permissions (Mobile App)
Our mobile application requires specific permissions to function correctly. You can revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings, but some features may stop working.
Location Data (GPS)
We collect location data to enable Geofencing features, allowing employers to verify that employees are physically present at the job site when clocking in or out. This data is collected only when the app is in use (foreground) or during the clock-in/clock-out action.
Camera
We require camera access to allow employees to scan QR codes for attendance or to capture photo proof (if required by the employer settings) during clock-in/out.
Storage
We may require storage access to save profile photos or attendance reports locally on your device.
3. How We Use Your Information
Having accurate information permits us to provide a smooth and efficient service. Specifically, we may use information to:
- Create and manage your account.
- Verify attendance records using location and time data.
- Process payments and generate invoices.
- Monitor usage to improve the Service and prevent fraudulent activity.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information we have collected about you with third-party service providers who perform services for us (like payment processing or map services), if required by law, or in the event of a business transfer like a merger or acquisition.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
Requesting Account Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of your account and personal data. You can request deletion by:
- Logging into your account settings and selecting "Delete Account".

Upon request, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except for data we are required to retain for legal or accounting purposes.
6. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the data you provide to us, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.
7. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
